Here is Europena arms and armor in two books. The first book is text. It contains a list of armorer's marks and a bibliography. Book is photographs which are excellent. Contained is mostly 16th, 17th and 18th century arm and armor. There are sorts swords, daggers, hafted weapons, spurs, crossbows and armors in this work. Firearms are also included.

Borg, A. and A.R. Dufty. "Her Majesties Armouries." Connoisseur. 194 (January, 1977.): 20-30. Really tow articles. Dufty is concerned with two paintings from Elizabethan England and the armors shown in them. Both paintings are shown. Borg's article has three photogrpahs of great helms (and others), a 1540 Nuremberg armor, and a Zigchagge helm of 1620. No bibliography.
